Producing Electronic Cigarette to the Middle East
The task of any commercial company is to present many advantages for both of the seller and the buyer. Therefore , ESC aims to achieve financial gain and fame in the world market, also it provide the consumer with new and advanced electronic services consequently the improvement in the development of society. For our company it intends to present a new electronic product to markets . This product concerns the smokers people who can not quit smoking and its goal is to help smokers to reduce smoking habits. This product is called e-cigarette, and we can also call it The Imaginary Cigarette, Automatic Cigarette, Healthy cigarette or electric cigarette. I expect that this kind of cigarette will spread in the Middle East if Health Organization proved that its harming is less than the traditional cigarette. Therefore , I will illustrate in this essay the preliminary marketing plan for introducing e-cigarettes to the Middle East Region.
First, market segmentation is the division of the market into sections of buyers with different needs, characteristics, or behaviors who might require separate products of marketing programs. For example : the segmented group of smokers can be divide into various categories at all ages men from young age or elderly and women are also young and the elderly and adolescents over the age of fifteen young adults, we can communicate with these groups of smokers through the internet and emails, media, television and press, and magazines , but they are not stable, they may stop smoking abruptly or face death or they may change the type of cigarettes they take.
Markets can be segmented on the basis of buyer behavior and so marketers find practical utility in the use of buyer behavior as basic independent segmentation.It would be a common product among customers depending on the quality and also if the price is suitable for different groups in society, service, the appropriate form provided by the product and the rate of use are they smoked heavily and moderately or smoking mild also if the smoker smokes cigarettes regularly or intermittently not the first time whether the smoker was willing to buy or not , and has a strong position to buy or not. Also , the primary idea in buyer behavior segmentation is that different customer groups expect different benefits from the same product and accordingly they will different in their motives in owing it and their behaviors in buying it variables of buyer behavior . 30% of the customers will buy the electronic cigarette after hearing about it from a friend. Market targeting is the process of evaluating each market segment's attractiveness, and selecting one or more segments to enter. I prefer differential marketing because in it different marketing mixes are offered to different segments should verify the company should present more than a product they also come in a variety of nicotine levels from 0-16mg to suitable all the needs of the smokers and their different ages, the products of e-cigarette it must be found in the kinds of cigarette the present of nicotine should verify according to the possibilities of material and consumer desires and wants have smoking rate of containing few or many nicotine.
Second, the marketing environment is the actors and forces that affect a business's ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers.Studying the environment allows marketers to take advantage of opportunities as well as to combat threats. The marketing environment is divided into the internal and external environment (which is further divided into micro and macro environments). It is composed of Sociological, Technological, Economic, Natural environmental and Political factors.
From the social factors that may affect this product electronic cigarette in my view are the attitudes towards divorce and fatherhood individual, in divorce and disconnect household phenomenon which is two things to happen either stay away from smoking , and in this case have negative impact on the product or give a chance to purvey smoking because of unity . If the father is a smoker the children will be accustomed to smoking as the social gatherings and keeping bad company which claims to increase the number of smokers and will in turn affects the product positively to increase its popularity either may have a negative effect on the product if the family has a religious awareness and can affect well in the hearts of others and this will lead to the negative impact on the fairy and the lack of spread. There are many competitors in the market from them are the company of (Shenzhen Kanger Technology Co., Ltd). And also the company of (Blu Cigs Electronic Cigarette). In my opinion, it is there unique design, and great price value that has put them ahead of the rest. We should take in our consideration the ethical issues when dealing with our potential competitors. When the institution has a good reputation in terms of ethics, it can cooperate with competitors in achieving a common interest. For example, combine a number of companies in order to buy material raw as a one which gives them all an opportunity to get a better price and better quality or terms of payment of soft. because the volume of purchase is much greater than if you bought each of them separately .
Thirdly, The identification of the price of the product of the most important issues in business-building it determine the amount of sales of the product and thus the profits that came from behind the sale of the product in the development of price of the product, three factors must take into account when setting the price of cigarettes online, but I think that put the price on the basis of the customer is most appropriate as the quality of the product and the price appropriate to the customer are that make it accept the product in order to be accessible to all groups, because most people who smoke cigarettes from young people and adolescents, most of them do not have enough money to buy expensive cigarettes. The high price of cigarettes leads to reduce the number of smokers . Also , there are communications market, a process of communication between the marketer and the customer to get information on the product and brand to customers for sale and proliferation and to turn a profit, I find that the appropriate way to promote the product is a sales promotion because it makes an boiled increase sales by providing an incentive to customers to buy electronic cigarettes For example, possible offer product work additional rate on the product free or battery for free.
Fourthly, Marketing concept societal make marketers think the social responsibility of marketing In our company for marketing electronic cigarettes influenced by several characteristics of social Electronic cigarettes containing different percentages of nicotine and also cause many diseases such as lung cancer and death so they are exposed to many criticism affects the sales of the company as it is given opportunity for smokers to smoke in public places because
they detract smoke might harm other people who do not smoke.
In conclusion I can say that I am against smoking generally and the electronic cigarette may hurts humans health more than the traditional cigarette . but , people always search for the modern things moreover The World Health Organization published in September 2008 that it does not consider the electronic cigarette safe. In my opinion , smoking is a bad habit , so I hope from everybody in this world to quit smoke .
